Ms. ShafferMy name is Tina Shaffer and I am the administrative assistant for WCA. I love getting to know all the families and students through the many phone calls, webmails and visits that I have every week. I want families to know that if they are stuck or have any questions at all, I am available every day from 8-4pm and would work hard to get you an answer! If you haven’t figured it out already, I love to talk and meet new people, so don’t be shy and just give me a call!

Here is a long list of things that I love: coffee, scrapbooking, stamping, theater, photography, reading, shopping, boating, going up north and spending time friends and family! Speaking of family, I have 4 wonderful children of my own, Mason (18) in college, Gabe (16) and Breckyn (15) at the high school and Sydnie (12) who has just entered middle school. They certainly keep me quite busy but they also make me very happy and proud!

Mrs. KornNicole Korn is the K-12 English Language Learners teacher at Wisconsin Connections Academy.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2012. This is her 3rd year with the Appleton Area School District working with students at 4 different schools. "I love working with culturally and ethnically diverse students. I learn so much from them. Each one comes from a unique background and I enjoy finding different ways to expand their knowledge."
I live in Neenah, WI with my fiance and our daughter Liliana who will be turning one in the fall. I love reading and spending time outdoors: hiking, biking, kayaking, camping. Another passion of mine is traveling and learning about other cultures.

Ms. ClarkeMs. Clarke works with targeted instruction for reading and language arts at Wisconsin Connections Academy. This is her second year at WCA. She enjoys listening to music from different cultures and speaks Portuguese because of her time in Mozambique and with the Peace Corps. Ms. Clarke introduced her three boys to camping this summer and in the school year they will be in the fourth, fourth and third grades. Ms. Clarke spends her free time with her family, in the great outdoors and as a lifelong learner.
